Does this include cleaning?

No. Kemarix coordinates with your existing cleaners but does not provide cleaning services. Your guests pay the cleaning fee directly through Airbnb or your booking platform. We handle the oversight layer on top of that including linens, restocking, and quality inspections.

What if I have more than 6 turnovers per month?

Extra turnovers beyond the 6 included in your plan are billed at $65 to $75 per visit depending on your unit size. High-occupancy hosts are welcome and we scale with you as your bookings grow.

Are linens provided or do I supply them?

Kemarix provides and manages hotel-grade linens and towels as part of every plan. We handle pickup, laundering, and delivery. You never have to touch a dirty sheet or worry about running out of clean sets before a guest arrives.

Do I need to switch my existing cleaning team?

No. Kemarix works alongside your existing cleaning team. We coordinate their schedule, communicate any property-specific instructions, and inspect the result after each clean. You keep the cleaners you already trust.

Is there a long-term contract or commitment?

All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contracts required. You can start, pause, or cancel anytime. We earn your business every single month by delivering consistent, reliable results.
